Our online application is a shorter than the full written application that every must sign before you close on the loan. With this shorter application we get enough information to get the ball rolling. We also are able to tell you which loan programs you are eligible for and what information we need to finish the loan.

• You might get a pop-up notice about our server certificate. We use a service providers certificate and hardware to ensure your security. They have tens of thousands of dollars invested to protect the connection.

  

• In the address bar the protocol has changed. The protocol (or way the computers talk) is now https. The s means the information you send is now encrypted (sent in code).

• In the bottom of your browser is a lock. In Netscape it shows locked. In Explorer it appears. This lock will tell you that we use 128-bit encryption or the same high level that national banks rely on.
